Skutt 1518 Transformer

Every Skutt kiln equipped with a computer controller is equipped with the same transformer. This component is responsible for converting the building's voltage from 240/208/120V AC to 12/24V AC, which powers the computer board and relays.

In case you suspect a malfunction in your transformer, conduct a thorough examination of the metal tabs at the top. Each tab should be attached to a minuscule copper wire via soldering. Should you find any of these connections to be severed, it is imperative to replace the transformer.
