Cone ^5/6 Clear Gloss Glaze (Zinc-Free) by Rocky Mountain Clay - DRY

Description

Rocky Mountain Clay now makes more than just clay. We've formulated a Zinc-Free Cone ^5/6 Mid Fire Clear Glaze with a beautiful, glossy finish thats suitable for dipping, spraying and brushing.

For best results, fire to Cone ^6.

(Zinc-Free)

Materials (Per 5lbs)

• Half Gallon (64oz.) of Filtered Water
• 5 Gallon Bucket or Large Container
• Stir Stick
• Sieve (80 Mesh recommended)
• N95 Mask or Respirator
• Dry Glaze.

Instructions

While wearing an N95 Mask or Respirator, pour dry glaze into empty bucket. Slowly add water into dry glaze while stirring until all water has been added or desired consistency has been reached. For dipping and spraying, add an additional 4-6 oz. of filtered water. Mix thoroughly. Once mixed, push/brush glaze through a sieve for additional filtration.

For best results, apply glaze to bisque by dipping once or by brushing on two coats using a soft-bristle brush. Allow glaze to fully dry between coats.
