This potassium feldspar, Potash Feldspar – Mahavir #63, is sourced from India and is a top-tier ceramic material. While slightly richer in potassium than its predecessor, G-200, it serves as an excellent substitute. As with any ceramic process, we recommend conducting tests to ensure optimal performance for your specific needs.
It's important to note that this product serves as a permanent replacement for Laguna's blend and the original G-200 Feldspar, which was initially mined near Monticello, GA. The custom blend created by Laguna Clay Company closely mimics the properties of the original material, and Mahavir feldspar is its direct successor.
